With nearly 100 years of combined experience, our team united in 2010 with a shared passion for serving clients through a distinctive approach. Since then, we have expanded by opening a second office, adding coaching services, and incorporating the Birkman Method and spiritual formation services. These enhancements aim not to reach a different audience, but to support our existing clients in more meaningful and diverse ways.

We offer our services in flexible packages tailored to your needs. Whether you seek a straightforward Birkman debrief or intensive daily coaching, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Individual Work

For various questions and work.  Perhaps a specific item, such as improving communications or the next steps in spiritual growth

Monthly packages discussed after discovery

Individual Career Exploration

This is not designed for a job change yet a focus on your calling.  1 time a week + check-ins.  Usally it is approximately 3 months of time.

The Birkman Assessment and Debrief

2 to 4 meetings

Self Discovery

A journey into you.  Everything from needs and desires to values and life planning.  Usally 1 time a week with check-ins.  Can last six to 18 months.

Recovery (lite)

A focus on overcoming certain destructive behaviors and finding a relationship or building your relationship with God.  1 time a week with 5 check-ins.  Lenght is  1 to 3 years.

Recovery (Intense)

This is very involved and focused work on overcoming behaviors and thoughts and building a relationship with God. It is a life rebuilding for when intentional change is your number one focus. There will be 20 meetings and daily check-ins. This package lasts 90 days.
